Our mission is to empower parents with the confidence and tools they need to nurture their little one's sleep in a gentle and sustainable way. Why Choose Me?
I am a mother of four amazing kids aged 15-24 and have loved every stage of parenting, especially the precious and fleeting baby years. I was fortunate to receive great advice before having our first baby, which helped me implement effective routines that made my babies rockstar sleepers. This allowed my husband and me to fully enjoy every moment of the baby stage. I’m passionate about helping new families have the same experience. Now, with over 20 years of experience helping new parents and my recent certification as a Child and Infant Sleep Consultant, I’m here to share that knowledge with you.

Our sleep support packages are designed to help parents establish healthy sleep habits and meet their baby’s unique needs. For newborns, we focus on building strong foundations to minimise sleep regressions and promote long-term success. Our packages include personalised sleep plans, consultations and ongoing support via phone or WhatsApp. In-home options provide hands-on guidance to address sleep routines, settling techniques, and environment adjustments, with extended consultations available for more intensive support. In-home services are available in Christchurch only, with additional travel costs for outer suburbs.
