Sarah Joseph

I am a mother of four children aged 15-24 yrs and have absolutely loved every stage of their childhood especially the fleeting and delicious baby years.  (So much so that we spread our babies over nine years to enjoy each one!)   I was fortunate to be given great advice which helped me navigate those years and implement great routines which helped my children flourish and my husband and I to be able to fully relish in every baby stage.  I am passionate about helping young families so they can have the same experience.  I know every child has different needs and personalities and will work with parents to make a plan to suit your child and your family.  Please contact me for a free 15 minute call to see how I can help and if I’m the right fit for you!

What is Sleep Training

Sleep training is a set of techniques and practices designed to help babies, toddlers, or even older children learn to fall asleep and stay asleep on their own. The goal is to establish healthy sleep habits, which can benefit both the child and the parents by improving sleep quality and creating a consistent sleep routine.

The approach used depends on the parents' preferences and the child's temperament.
