Sleep Plans

Newborn Sleep Strategies for age 0-4 months

This package includes:

  • Online questionnaire and comprehensive evaluation

  • 40-60 minute phone consultation via phone or whatsapp

  • Advice on recognising tired signs

  • Settling techniques to trigger calming reflex

  • Suggested daily routines 

  • Guidance on wake windows

4 months - 4 years

  • Online questionnaire and comprehensive evaluation

  • One 40-60 minute phone consultation via phone/WhatsApp

  • Custom-written sleep plan designed for your baby’s unique sleep needs

  • One week of ongoing support phone, text, or WhatsApp by means of four follow up calls during the week

  • Sleep log analysis

  • For families that need a further week of support this can be purchased for an additional $100

In-Home Support

This is my preferred option as it gives me the chance to learn about your baby’s temperament and your parenting style in your home environment.  I can show you how to settle baby in their bed so they can sleep more soundly and how to re-settle when they wake.   I can discuss your baby’s sleep environment, feeding routine and any health concerns you may have.

In home consultations are only available in the Christchurch Metropolitan Area and travel costs may apply for travel to outer suburbs
