As first time parents we were very eager to learn how to support our daughter and improve her sleep patterns. Sarah set us up with a thorough guide and step by step plan on how to best help Gianna learn how to sleep through the night without any assistance. I felt encouraged by Sarah when she would explain what was important for Gianna from her eating to sleep and wake windows, because she did this at the pace I needed and never overloaded information. The phone call check in's we would have every few days were also helpful as I found I would benefit from talking through strategies and going over any challenges we were facing and celebrating the wins we had with Gianna as well. My family would highly recommend Sarah as a sleep coach as she shows a passion and willingness to teach babies how to sleep through the night and learn how love their sleep routines.

Before we enlisted Sarah's help, our 2yr old had never once slept through the night. He would wake up anywhere between 3 times (we considered this a good night), and 8 times in a night. Our boy would need to be cuddled and fed to sleep by me, and refused to let anybody else put him to bed. If I wasn't home to put him to bed, he would stay up and scream until I got home. One night he screamed until 1am before finally falling asleep. With Sarah's help, he is now sleeping through the night every single night! We can now say goodnight to him and he will settle himself to sleep in his own bed.

What I loved about Sarah was that she came up with a sleep training plan that fit around our desire for a gentle approach. We had previously worked with another sleep consultant who insisted on using a cry it out method, which was not only very difficult for us to go through, but it also didn't work long term.
Sarahs approach was gentle and flexible. She would help us trouble shoot problems that we encountered during the process, and has taught us how to manage any sleep disruptions in the future.
We would highly recommend enlisting Sarah's help to get your little one sleeping better. We had almost lost hope that our toddler could ever sleep through the night, but now he does!

I got some help from Sarah when my baby was 5 months old and struggling with consolidating her naps. Sarah totally got where we were at and what we needed and also the gentle approach I was comfortable with. She gave me way more detail to work with and we started seeing big improvements.

We are hugely grateful for Sarah’s help in getting our baby into a much more sustainable sleeping pattern! Our 5 month old went from feeding-to-sleep, 2-3 overnight wakes and haphazard daytime napping to independently falling to sleep for most naps and 1 overnight wake within a couple of days of starting the sleep schedule and techniques that Sarah provided. It has been great to have Sarah checking in with us about Percy’s progress.
